  • 2 rounds of feedback and recommendations per proposal

  • Access to Wildbird’s entire rental inventory (arches/chuppah, vessels and vases, installation structures, candle holders, etc.)

  • On site team for delivery, set-up and break down

A LA CARTE

For small gatherings, dinner parties, elopements, DIY or casual weddings, and special life events. Starting at $700.

This package provides:

  • Items such as bud vases, bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, small arrangements and centerpieces

  • Palette discussion and overview with blooms to be chosen by Wildbird

  • Option to pickup from the Wildbird Studio or delivery to event for an additional fee

  • Select vase and vessel choices

ACCOUNTS

For local restaurants, hotels, retail spaces, or caterers.

This package includes:

  • Small to large arrangements that both elevate the space and connect to the overall aesthetic

  • Options for weekly or bi-weekly delivery and install

  • Seasonal flower selections throughout the year and optional dried arrangements throughout winter

I’M ENGAGED! NOW WHAT?

When you’re planning your wedding it’s important to take some time to imagine the aesthetic of the day. Cruise through your socials, check out local wedding magazines, talk to friends who’ve been through the process and ask yourself: what do you want this moment to look and feel like. Once you’ve begun to sort through that big question you’re ready to put together a palette, floral plan, budget, and reach out to some floral design vendors. 

After you’ve contacted Wildbird we will set up a time to meet. For full service events we can touch base via phone, if you’re local, at our studio in doylestown, or via zoom. If you’re opting for a la carte, we’ll e-meet. We will chat about the details you’ve thought of and probably some you haven’t yet. 


I’M CONFUSED, WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AL LA CARTE AND FULL SERVICE EVENTS?

A la carte is a great option for clients with a tighter event budget but who still want great design work. When you choose the a la carte option, you’ll be relinquishing the design and bloom choice to Wildbird (which works great if you already love our style!) but can trust that the arrangements and personals will be done in the palette you’ve chosen. A la carte may also help you cut costs when it comes to labor. If the client decides to pick up their flowers, they’ll be able to avoid added delivery costs.

Full service events allow the client to be more hands on when it comes to the design. Wildbird and the client will go through a more detailed proposal process, ensuring the aesthetic is tailored as closely to the client’s vision as possible. Full service events often include large scale installations such as chuppas, arbors, fireplace mantles, and ceiling pieces. These events often require multiple designers on site for installation and breakdown.


OK, THAT MAKES MORE SENSE, BUT WHY?

This process helps us stay organized. Planning for your events takes us A LOT of time. We pour endless hours into vase choice, blooms, palettes, vans, freelancers, insurance, clipping, cleaning, striping, remelting wax, roaming and foraging, sweeping, composting, calling, driving…the list goes on and on. We are able to sort through our events more smoothly and make sure we have the staff and structures required by separating events this way. Please know that no matter your budget, we are honored to be a part of your event! We cherish bringing flower visions to life on every level and truly believe that if you want flowers to be a part of your day you deserve that no matter what.


OHH… OK, WE’RE IN! NOW WHAT?

From there, if you think we’re a good fit, we then require a signed contract and 50% deposit to secure services.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVICE?

Our studio is located in Doylestown, PA. Our main service areas include Bucks and Montgomery Counties, and Philadelphia. For an additional cost, we will happily travel anywhere to help you create your ideal event.

FROM WHERE DO YOU SOURCE FLOWERS?

Wildbird is a farm! That’s right, during the spring, summer and fall we grow and use our very own specialty cut flowers for our events. We also buy from the multitude of flower farmers in the area. We try to avoid out-of-season or shipped from abroad blooms as much as possible in an effort to limit our carbon footprint and support American farms.
